This is a simple test to determine if your heels come up when squatting.
This may lead to knee pain and injury. You have a smaller surface area and base of support which will decrease the ability to perform a controlled squat. This is also a sign that you have decrease ankle mobility (lack of dorsiflexion) and tightness in the calves.
